Ladies Guild

The Ladies’ Guild is an important part of our Church life.

The Guild coordinates refreshments for receptions after church services and other special occasions. The Guild also participates in the planning of Church Suppers – a turkey supper in late November and another supper in the spring. Every eight weeks, with some assistance from the congregation, the Guild cooks and delivers supper to Hope Cottage, a soup kitchen in Halifax, and sponsors a child from overseas.

The Ladies’ Guild gives members an opportunity to become better acquainted with others in the congregation. Meetings are held at 7:30 in the Church Hall, on the first Monday of the month, from September to June. New members are always welcome!
